Ensuring the Closing Goes Smoothly

Stores, Banks, and Stock Exchanges always close on time, your transaction is no exception.
There are few things I enjoy more than saying to a client, “You’ve got the home!” It means that the seller has accepted the offer, conditions have been fulfilled and waived, and the closing date has been set. Soon it will be time to prepare for moving day.

My responsibility does not end, simply because the purchase has been made
Quite the contrary, there are a myriad of duties to ensure the closing process goes smoothly.

One for example, I will complete many of the smaller administrative details on your behalf.
By communicating with the seller’s agent, your lawyer, and your mortgage lender I ensure all the necessary paperwork has been completed and submitted.

It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a team to close a deal. Finding a good real estate lawyer, insurance agent, contractor, moving company, etc. takes time.
Fortunately, I’m well-connected and can personally recommend reputable professionals to help.
